How it works
Request a quote without an account. We record it, review, and agree scope and fee by email. After you agree, create an account and start the project from your dashboard. The agreed work then lives in the workspace.
The sequence

Tell us what you need
On the quote form you describe the study, the data, and the outcome you need. You do not need an account at this step.

We record the request
You receive a reference so the request can be found again. Keep it with your notes when we write to you.
03
We review the work with you
We write by email until the need, the files, and the timeline are clear.

Scope and fee are agreed
The quotation sets the work, the fee, and what will be delivered. The project starts only after you agree.
05
Create an account when you are ready to begin
After the work is agreed, create an account so you can open the workspace.

Start the agreed work from your dashboard
Once you have an account, start the project from your dashboard. The agreed work is then set up as a project you can follow.
07
Follow progress, documents, messages and invoices
The workspace is where the agreed work lives while it is underway. You will find progress, documents, messages, and invoices in one place.
